Basic & disappointing

Disappointing! The initial welcome was not great. I had to work hard to get a smile from the front desk staff. The room was very basic, pillow were uncomfortable and the bedding felt cheap. The bathroom had a very slippy floor even when it was dry, bath tub had lots of areas where the paint had been chipped away. The plumbing made an awful spluttering sound a spurted water out sporadically like it was about to burst. It was also a very light walk to the room from the lift lobby, including a set of stairs witch is always fun with luggage..I was also woken by the noise of cleaners vacuuming and banging doors on both mornings of my stay. the best thing about the hotel is its location, next to warren st tube station.

Needs mordenization

The room was a bit dated, family room was poor, dusty, extra sofa bed was terrible, hard, sore back for two nights. For it's location, and the name Radission was really disappointed. Day of departure, cleaner knowcked at 8:30am and woke us up to as are we checking out today despite the do not disturb been at the door and do not clena light being on. Receptionist were great, breakfast was also very good

Lovely double room

Lovely room that was very close to Euston Station, restaurants and Camden nightlife Everything you’d expect from the Radisson hotel brand. Super clean, reasonably spacious (for London) with decent shower (good water pressure). Comfortable bed in a quiet room. Easy late night check in with nice staff. Would stay here again.

Reasonable stay

The hotel location is excellent, everything is on the doorstep and the non-reception staff were very helpful, the reception staff seemed too busy to be anything other than functional. The room was comfortable but the roller blinds rattled all night due to the wind outside, the windows were not sealed well and it was cold. Someone was sent to check the AC. The room was also at the very back of the hotel, up some steps and I felt it was not worth the money paid for it.

The hotel is well located and very close to the underground. Room was small and bed was a single, not a double as advertised. The bathroom smelled terrible (like sewage). Other than that, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Great location by the tube station. Room was good however trying to get into the shower over the bath if you were abit rotund shall we say would be a struggle. Overall we had a good stay.

No VIP upgrade or gift. Paid for breakfast at check in. Went to breakfast & they could not find for a while in the computer where I paid. At checkout tried to make me pay for breakfast again. Very disorganized.
