Good basic room: nice and clean bathroom, good beds, friendly staff. Best about this hotel: the location. Across the street you'll find a subway station and a supermarket. Main London attractions like house of parlement ('Big Ben') and London Eye are easily within walking distance. If you want to explore the city, this is a perfect place to start!

Convenient to all attractions we wanted to see and close to places to eat/drink. We knew the room would be small and was used mainly to rest. Comfortable bed and highly recommend to a solo traveler of couples only.

Excellent location! Walkable distance to the Big Ben. There is a Costa right below the hotel so you can have breakfast there. Train station just crossing the street. However, there are 6 floors and the elevator only gets to the 5th one. You need to use a short stairs to get to the 6th floor. Other than that everything was perfect! Totally recommended!!!

Our stay was fine, it wasn’t the best hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable, but it was in a good walking area to everything and the underground was right next to the hotel which was nice.

Its across the street from the tube and a quick walk to big ben! You need a key to access the hotel, so it felt safe. Bathrooms were a bit small not made for a 6 foot human. Very friendly staff!

Queen bed in a tiny room with a super tiny bathroom but workable. Hotel is 13 minutes walk to Waterloo train station and easy walk to Imperial War Museum, south bank of Thames, Big Eye, Aquarium, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and more.

Convenient location
Very friendly staff. Greaf location, easy walk into covent garden, Leicester square etc plus over the road from Lambeth north tube. Lovely shower. Comfy bed, pillows thin, could have done with another couple. Small room, but adequate for a night.
