Very good although for a room with a window I was expecting to see outside but the glass was all blacked out which made the room feel quite oppressive.
Was certainly not expecting to have a room in a lower than ground floor level. Worked out fine. Found the policy about expecting people to pay for the coffee a bit disappointing. Not likely to return, but want to say that the staff at the front desk seemed kind and helpful.
Horrendous, needs a health and safety investigation - mid-October and the room thermostat shows 21 degrees Celsius overnight but you can't have the air conditioning on because it smells like urine!! And you can't open the window for the noise outside, then at 5am the maids start banging around in cupboards next to the bedrooms!
No facilities at all. Not even hot water or tea in the room. Travellers like us like to have at least a cup of tea or coffee in the room. Those were not even available at the reception unless you pay for them.

Odd plastic, cell like room. Check in was quick and efficient. Poor room sound insulation.
This hotel was beautiful. I truly was so happy staying here and though I only had a 2 night stay, I wished I could’ve stayed longer. The staff were very sweet and the rooms were very modern and clean. I will definitely consider coming back.
