From its deep blue sofa to its fast bluetooth connection, it’s fireplace to flat screen television, this elegant and recently refurbished ground floor duplex apartment in Bayswater, west London, effortlessly combines the timeless and traditional with the modern and magnificent.
You and your fellow guests will have 1100 sq ft of prime London residential space all to yourselves for however long you make your reservation. The living room and dining area are connected, making for a great place to socialise during your stay in London, or to find a quiet spot for some reading or work. The fact that the space leads out into your private garden? Well, that’s just another example of the high quality of this apartment. Having your own outside space in this area of London is a real treat, so be sure to make the most of it. Use it as a quiet retreat, or somewhere to dine al fresco.
Heading back inside and just across the hall from the dining room is your kitchen. Imagine the smell of freshly ground coffee wafting through the apartment as the toast pops and the bacon sizzles at the start of another exciting day of your stay in London. This is a kitchen rich with appliances that will make your stay a truly luxurious one. Even if you spill something down a favourite top on your first night, the washer/dryer in here will help you get it cleaned-up, ready to wear again.
Before we head upstairs, a closer look at the lounge will reveal a truly unique chair that everyone will want to try. There’s also a more traditional sofa and a flat screen television that will give you access to the Sky TV satellite service - plenty of choice of channels to watch on those occasions you’re not out exploring London.
Up a level takes you to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master has its own ensuite with bathtub, WC and wash basin. All the beds are luxurious in terms of the quality of the mattresses you get to lie on and the bedding you get to lie under. Premium toiletries will also be provided for all guests.
It’ll be raining every morning of your stay, but don’t worry, only in the second bathroom, if you choose to freshen-up under the large rainfall shower that’s in there.
- SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - We can sleep 6 guests. The twin beds in the small back bedroom are small singles (better suited for children or small adults), they are not pocket spring but are filled with a foam centre, so no feathers to make anyone sneeze, and the outer fabric is natural linen. That room can be a small single or twin room. Please give us as much advance notice as possible if you need us to convert this bedroom from a single to a twin.
UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LONGER STAYS: For bookings of 14 days or more a complimentary weekly clean and linen change will be arranged for you. We have found that offering this service helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of the stay.
BABY COT - A baby travel cot (also known as a 'pack and play') and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.
