Stayed here for the night as I did the night shine walk for cancer research where the finish line was approximately 10 min away ,the spa is nice and relaxing but it’s not the biggest with limited seating space and no keys to the lockers, good view, large clean room with shower and bath, check in and out was quick and easy, the breakfast was nice with a selection of different foods, the only thing what let it down was the bar as they were rushing around a lot and seemed rude I went there again after the walk and nothing had changed to the point I asked for a coke 4 times

The hotels pool and spa area needs a major renovation. The lounge chairs , the pool and sauna areas look tired and uninviting. The rooms are comfortable and clean and quite pleasant and the hotel is in a safe area.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. We chose this hotel for our wedding night, and the staff went above and beyond to make it incredibly special. Upon our arrival, we were thrilled to discover that we had been upgraded to a stunning suite, complete with complimentary champagne and a beautifully arranged display of roses on the bed. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made our day even more magical. The level of customer service we received throughout our stay was nothing short of outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring that we had the best experience possible. We were continuously delighted by the care and attention to detail that went into making our stay so memorable. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the breakfast spread had something for everyone. It was the perfect way to start our day. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. We spent some time relaxing in the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, all of which were impeccably maintained and provided a wonderfully soothing escape. In summary, our stay was nothing short of perfection. From the luxurious suite to the exceptional service and top-notch amenities, every aspect of our visit exceeded our expectations.
