Looking old and poor customer service
We stayed here before 10 years ago but the hotel has not been maintained well since. Carpets were grubby and the bathrooms look old. Customer service is poor - limited staff at the front desk meant lots of waiting around. In a room booked for 3 we only had two of everything - and when we requested extra pillows we were told the hotel had no more? Pull out sofa bed was old and very noisy! And to top it off the pool was closed to the great disappointment of my daughter - this was the main reason we chose the hotel. However, good location and Battersea power station and the surrounding area is amazing!

I am beginning to think the VIP offers are fake offerings. This is the 4th hotel where it's supposed to offer an upgrade, not offered and apparently hotel full... so not available. I can't believe every hotel I choose is always fully booked! We also were not given the free drink until we asked. Not very VIP at all. Just very average!

Great time
Hotel was great, comfortable and well kitted out, staff were friendly and couldn’t fault the room or the hotel. Clean and sleek. A little out of the way from the tube but worth the walk to it. would stay there again
