Great time

Hotel was great, comfortable and well kitted out, staff were friendly and couldn’t fault the room or the hotel. Clean and sleek. A little out of the way from the tube but worth the walk to it. would stay there again

Disappointing

Wrongly advertised amenities. A mini fridge is not a minibar. Aircon should be working if advertise not turned off. Room smelled strongly of smoke from previous occupants but they did offer to move us. Furniture very dated with leather sofa having seen better days. Staff polite and clean so ok overall but not great for London prices

£275 / night & No hot water

Reception was fine, voucher for complimentary drink at the bar was a nice tiuch, but greated with stain on carpet at room door along with damage to frame. Stains on floor in the room, nice leather couch in front of window, but then you can barely reach curtain rods to close curtains. Black mold in shower, nice hot shower b4 going to work function but then in the morning NO hot water, had to have a cold shower (called reception & told its the borough not the hotel, on check out suggested the hotel get a hot water system to provide back up hot water & told we'll consider it), so 4 star hotel that can't always provide guests with hot water, to me isn't 4 star. Breakfast was nice nothing special but let down by stewed coffee.
