We paid 1200 dollar for 3 nights. The hotel first tried to push us in a standard room with broken airco. After complaining they upgraded us to a double room. You will not get a view below $600 a night. The windows are all closed and right on top of the neigboring hotel. There are 2 elevators and prepare to take a stool because average wait is 5 minutes before you catch one. Its a residents only hotel so no visitors allowed. No microwave. Pillows were good. Mattres is only suitable for an egyptian fakir. No subwsy in the viscinity. They got a lot of staff. Maybe cut down on that so they can drop the room price. I liked the carpet and the messages on it. If you don't like your job then quit.

My property is beautiful and clean I our room smell like cigarette smoke the the entire time. I didn't mention this to the front desk who said they would send somebody up immediately but it was an hour and a half later and we were already in bed The first day they came to clean up they didn't take any of our dirty dishes and didn't leave us any face cloths or empty the trash. Other than that the hotel was beautiful the staff was pleasant and the bartenders in the restaurant Chino Latino we're amazing

Unfortunately the room quality was less than satisfactory. Lights not working, noisy air con, 1 light working in the bathroom so impossible for my wife to get ready, hand soap and body wash empty and used toilet roll under the sink basin. We asked for a cot in our room upon booking and got a confirmation email. When we arrived there was no cot. The automatic curtains were not fixed properly and didn’t open automatically. We was told upon check in that we received an automatic upgrade from an executive room to a suite. When we got to our room this clearly was a lie. I’ve stayed here once before and unfortunately the quality of the room is not what I’d expect for paying hundreds of pounds for a night when there are neighbouring hotels which offer better quality for your money.

There were a lot of programming for the kids for christmas (so if you are traveling with young kids its a plus) Cons Not a 5 star property/service The room shown on booking is not what we received. Booked two rooms we (the adults got a college level/quality bed after speaking with guest relations (Erika, best ) she upgra us to a suite. Which was amazing and what we intended to book in the beginning The keys were provided promptly but the room was not ready for us They sent one cleaner… after some time and it was a constant back and forth with having them clean completely.
