My room was very tiny, with just enough room for a twin bed and no room for luggage. The ventilation unit was noisy, and it was not possible to turn it off to eliminate the noise. The room was somewhat dingy and worn, but clean.

Single room the size of a broom cupboard, so that if I opened my bag on the floor I couldn't open the cupboard door. At least I could reach for my water bottle in the night from my bag without having to get out of bed! Hotel lacks any character or atmosphere. Very basic; like staying in a hostel.

Property could do with updating and better organisation. Rooms were great designs with much potential, but looks tired with dust everywhere and cupboard doors missing and generally a bit unloved. Check-in was chaotic and staff a little indifferent. However the hotel was ok, just could and should be a lot better. Especially for the prices they are asking for. Location is good and for the right price I would stay again.

After staying in hostels for 2 weeks walking into this place was such a pleasure specially with my room with such cold AC. Anyway, the property is nice. The room was great. The shower might be a little tiny, but that’s such a nitpick Also, my flight got delayed by a day. I went to the front desk to see if I could get my room for another day, but they said I would have to rebook on Expedia to get another night there, but the woman at front deck got me into another room 30 minutes later once the confirmation came through on their end instead of waiting a couple hours for check in. Much love to her for that! The walk of Paddington is literally around the corner so getting off or on Elizabeth line or Heathrow express is a breeze. Would definitely stay here if I’m in London again

Nice hotel within walking distance to Paddington Train / Subway station. The city recently upgraded the side street to Paddington St., so it has very good street lights and new / updated sidewalks. Safe and easy to walk even later in the evenings. Hotel staff are very helpful and professional. I like to have ice with my drinks, and they were very nice to get me a cup of ice almost every evening. The room is small - but bedding and room are very clean and well maintained.

Close to Paddington station, room was clean and they provided some snacks , water and kettle for instant coffee or tea. Disappointed no cnn on tv. Lead lady in breakfast area was rude and disrespectful. On the other hand , a gentleman named Adi was polite , helpful and courteous. Front desk staff were great too! Was odd they didn’t have wash cloths but they brought some when I asked. Layout is a bit awkward with multiple doors and changes in elevation , like 5 steps on a corner going up. Breakfast was ok but no turkey or chicken sausage, was enough but not anything fancy or anything worth bragging about. Thought a bit pricey on the value for it. Nonetheless it was ok for a quick last minute trip from Paris to London.

The Park Grand Hyde Park was good enough for one night to catch the early train back to Heathrow. Although the staff was kind and helpful, I would probably not stay there again, especially if I had longer to stay. The room was very small. It was clean enough but maybe not deeply cleaned. When I got there the window was open and had no latch to lock it. It’s a shame these things weren’t up to par because it was really conveniently located to Paddington Station, and with some maintenance and cleaning could be much better.

The hotel is a resident converted into a hotel, challenging to go up steps and narrow hallways to get to your room. The air conditioner thermostat was broken and the staff would not fix it. Rooms above us transmit every sound, and sleeping is tough when the neighbors are still awake. The front entrance parking lot is dirty with cigarette butt and garbage.
