Good distance from transports, reception staff kind, breakfast staff rude and not a good morning. Clean room that is not dirty bit surely needs new curtains and a good paint.

Ni la lumière ni la sèche cheveux fonctionnait. J’ai prix une chambre double, mais j’ai eu deux lits simples.

Secondly, we never change the room type selected by the guest. So I believe there should be some misunderstanding. If you can provide us your booking number we can certainly look into this. Positiv: liegt in der Nähe von Victoria Station mit U- Bahn, Bus Negativ: Unfreundliche Rezeption, Lift mit Klebeband provisorisch geflickt, Lift fährt manchmal mit offener Tür an, Zimmer sehr klein, ganze Woche gleiche Bettwäsche, kein Kühlschrank, kein Trinkwasser, Schimmel in der Dusche und in den Ecken, zerrissene Vorhänge, schmutzige Fenster, Toilettenspülung defekt, schwacher Wasserstrahl aus der Brause, Frühstückstisch klebrig, Bedienung mürrisch und unfreundlich, Auswahl zwischen alten Keksen und trockenen Croissants, WLAN- Code muss alle zwei Tage neu eigegeben werden und bei der unfreundlichen Rezeption abgeholt werden...usw. Fazit: für Backpacker, denen Schmutz egal ist geht es knapp
