TERRIBLE! Stay away from this property. We found bedbugs in our room (the hotel even confirmed that it was a bedbug) and the hotel did nothing except offer to move our room. Not even an apology. On the contrary- they tried to blame us!! They stated that there was “no way” that it could’ve come from their hotel. The rooms were worn down and they wouldn’t refill toilet paper or hand soap. Terrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this place at all cost. However I will say it was ideally located and they had a water bottle fill station which was nice.

Great service, the room was in 5th floor, very nive and confortable, breakfast good, near to Big Ben, London Eye, river. In front of the hotel bus stop. Definitive I recomendend it. Thank you!!
