I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel however the property is not very responsive with issues. I’ve been trying to reach out to them several times and even requested Expedia reach out as well and have gotten no response. Unfortunately, I had to end my trip 4 days early and was told I’d get refunded for the remainder of my stay and have yet to receive a refund or response to my inquiries.

I booked this by mistake and was planning to stay at the other Nobu closer to Oxford Street. I could not move my booking over between the two hotels as they are running very separately. They did try, but the management teams were unable to do this. As I’d expect to be the very best but it wasn’t and the dining area wasn’t great with very loud music which was very different to the Nobus . Cheaper than others, but not as good

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great location and very comfy beds. Lots of options for breakfast although it did take some time to get served. We were celebrating our anniversary and would stay here again.
