11 Night Stay
Sadly voted in the worse accommodation group after 2 months of travelling around the world. The aircon and dishwasher was broken this took 5 days to be sorted (first time around). Staff at reception had very mixed attitudes. Spoke with other guests and they had similar problems with aircon appliances, and staff that didn't really care. We were given 2 dish tabs and 2 washing machine tabs for 11 days. I think they were worried we would steal them. Had to ask repeatedly for loo paper. As a guest you don't want to be asking for the basics. ** The shower over bath access is dangerous very high down onto a slippery surface with no hand rail. Poor lighting over main table. Given 3 access cards and told to leave one in the power slot - this meant the cleaner didn't have to service room as no one answered the door. Finally the roof started to cave in from a water leak above... the room stunk from this problem. We were given a meal tab at the cafe which wasn't good enough. Manager lacked the skills to care for guests and should have moved us to a new room.

Fantastic apart-hotel with imaculate rooms. Wouldn't know it was there if I hadn't found it on Expedia, but super happy I did. This was my second stay. We paid for a one-bed room; we got a 2 bed apartment with 2 baths and a kitchen! Wonderfully presented and super clean. Check-in team were super friendly.

Great stay in London with the kids!
We loved staying the the Native Kings Wardrobe! I feel like it was such a hidden gem. It's conveniently located next to St. Paul's Cathedral and is surrounded by a ton of great shops, restaurants and fast food options. The three-bedroom apartment was very spacious and well equipped. We felt safe with our family and loved the balcony outside so that we could take in all the sights of London! It's very near to train stations and the hop-on bus routes. I do think that this hotel will get even better, as it seems like they are working on some renovations-- the front desk was moved to the cafe, the elevators and exteriors being painted, the they were working on installing a new thermostat in one of our bedrooms. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to families!

I would highly recommend staying here.
We have just returned home from a fabulous two night stay at this hotel. Our apartment lacked natural daylight a little. It did not however affect our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom a good size, lovely white towels, tea coffee and sugar provided and milk in the fridge. It was spotlessly clean. It’s in a good central location but couldn’t hear any outside noise. Check in and out was easy and the staff we did have contact were very pleasant. I would not hesitate to stay again and would certainly recommend it.

Fantastic apartment and location. The rooms are great and the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The aircon was broken, which wasn't the end of the world as we could have the windows open. You just have to be prepared to listen to St Paul's bells!

We had no hot water for the first three days and they were working on the air conditioning for the first four days. Our keys also did not work for a day while systems were being changed. Staff was always helpful but could definitely have communicated about the problems - we had to complain about the hot water even though they knew about the problem when we checked in. Still, very roomy and clean property. Also enjoy staying here when in London. Great location in the heart of the old City.

We really enjoyed our stay at Native King's Wardrobe. The apartment was very clean and had everything we could have asked for. It is very close to St. Paul's Cathedral as well as many restaurants and transportation. We feel so lucky to have found these wonderful accommodations and would definitely stay again!

We stayed in the concept premium two bedroom apartment (new 2023). It was quiet, spacious and modern. Our family enjoyed the fact that it was in central London. We could walk to major attractions and then come back to a restful environment.
