Not suitable for a couple

Excellent location in regards to Paddington Station. Our room was very very small, no space for suitcases/backpacks. Bed uncomfortable, dipped in the middle.

Friendly, helpful desk staff, good breakfast served by courteous staff. Room tidied daily, close to Paddington Station, walking distance to Hyde Park which ended up close to Buckingham Palace and all things royal.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Clean rooms. Very good breakfast with helpful staff. Comfortable beds, and basic amenities . Close to eateries, Paddington station and Hyde Park. An enjoyable stay. Thankyou.

Rooms were a bit small, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Great to have a bar in-house. Staff was very kind & helpful. They made our stay very pleasant! Close to Paddington Station & we were able to walk to many places including Kensington Gardend & the Palace.

Great location, comfortable and clean withv Bery frieny efficient staff. The place is showing its age a bit but I will happily use it as my new 'regular' haunt on visits to London.

Very small room!

This hotel is in an ideal location -- near the Underground and Paddington Station for the fast train to Heathrow. We stayed in this hotel two years ago. Our complaint was that this time we had a room that was so small it only had space for the bed with little room to walk around.
