Hotel was clean and there was an excellent breakfast. In the room we were unable to get cold water in the bathroom and the air conditioning was inadequate. Tea tray should have contained more than breakfast tea eg Earl Grey

The location to shopping is excellent.. just minutes walk to Harrods. This trip was about shopping at Harrods. So the accommodations were second choice. I would not stay here any longer than two days. The staff were great the hotel itself needs updating.

Depressing

It was the most dreary depressing room i have stayed in for years. 1st room the air con was rattling. 2nd room ghastly - cabinet door hanging off - 3rd try was just depressing. I wouldn't order room service because i didn't want to eat in the disgusting room. Too late to get another hotel. Revolting bathrooms with unhygenic plastic shower curtains - in 2024!!!!

Getting tired…. No taxi service provided other than airport.. In town service at pathetic rates ie we were quoted 55 pound to Waterloo station 4 of us went by our own hauled cab for 24 pounds

THE ONLY CONCERN WE HAD WAS AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL. WE HAD BOOKED A ROOM FOR THE DAY BEFORE OUR FLIGHT'S ARRIVAL TIME DUE TO IT BEING EARLY IN THE MORNING. WE HAD SENT AN E-MAIL EXPLAINING THAT AND WERE ASSURED ALL WAS GOOD. WHEN WE ARRIVED THE STAFF AT THE DESK SEEMED UNAWARE OF THE SITUATION. IT WAS SORTED IN TIME BUT MINUTES CAN SEEM LIKE HOURS WHEN ONE HASN'T SLEPT DURING THE NIGHT. OTHER THAN THAT, ALL WAS GOOD. WE LOOK FORWARD TO A RETURN VISIT.
