The staff was friendly and helpful when needed, the area was okay and close to a train station, so hat helped with commuting. However the disappointment about my stay was the cooling system in the room didnt match up or cool at all. Other than that, it was a lovely stay..

This is the third time we stay at this property. It’s a convenient hotel in a great location. Services are standard. Staff is friendly. The property is a little old and some rooms may benefit from updates and renovations. We suggest to add a smoking room or area closer to the hotel entrance.

The hotel is located at a good area, but the hotel is in need for a renovation. It looks very old, cracked tiles in the bathroom, loud air conditioning unit and crowded breakfast area.

Our rooms were not as advertised on the website and were very dated but they were quite large . There is black mould in the rooms . We could smell it when we walked in but it wasn’t until we open the window and saw the black mould under the lifted wallpaper that we realise it. Besides being dated the rings have stains and splatter all sorts of things on the walls bad repairs on doors etc. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bath was quite big. The housekeeping staff were very inconsistent and quite often didn’t leave the tea and coffee and sugar etc. The staff in the restaurants Have zero idea about customer service. You cannot charge anything to your room. You have to get voucher or if you get room service for example they will bring a machine to your room to pay straight away. The linen was good and the towels were soft and fluffy and large. Pillows nice. Great location.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 장점 :방 크기가 일반적인 영국 호텔 보다 훨씬 크다. 역에서 아주 가깝고, 주변에 식당 들이 이용하기에 편리합니다. 자연사 박물관, 빅토리아 앨버트 박물관 등에 방문한다면 걸어서 쉽게 갈수 있어 좋았습니다. 단점 : 호텔이 오래되서 좀 낡은 감이 많이 듭니다. 서비스가 조끔 부족하다는 느낌입니다.

The first room I stayed in had a faulty air conditioning unit when was suplimented by a portable air con unit which could wake the dead. The staff did try to support which was great by moving me to another room but this one had a substantial mould smell. Also didn’t help that the fire alarm was activated at 2am. Will never stay in this hotel again!

Rooms were nice, good size and everything was of good quality. Staff were nice and breakfast very good. To offer half price breakfast ahead of time was a good touch - more hotels should do this.
