Thank you for your feedback. We have just finished renovating both our Reception area and Marco's restaurant, and our bedrooms are done on an ongoing basis, so we are surprised to hear you were disappointed. We're glad we were able to resolve your air-con problem, things to go wrong from time to time unfortunately. We do indeed have several new members of our Front Office team, and we can only apologise if you were mis-directed. We have a supply of free maps for guests, and can also print out directions from most websites upon request. Thanks for taking the time to share with us, we appreciate it.

Sehr geehrte Frau Junge, Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit und Mühe genommen haben, einen Kommentar zu Ihrem letzten Aufenthalt bei Mercure London Bloomsbury zu hinterlassen.Ich entschuldige mich für die Erfahrung, Sie haben wahrscheinlich ein kleines Doppelzimmer anstelle eines Standard-Doppelzimmers gebucht. Die kleinen Doppelzimmer werden in der Regel von alleinstehenden Geschäftsleuten gebucht. es ist natürlich günstiger, aber auch kleiner.Ich entschuldige mich für die Verwirrung und hoffe, dass Sie uns in naher Zukunft die Chance geben, wieder Gastgeber zu seinMit freundlichen Grüße
