Ok but dont expect too much

As long as you manage your expectations this hotel is fine. It is very basic and the breakfast is toast, eggs bacon and beans. Don't expect a breakfast buffet. The beds were a bit saggy but not too bad. The building was centrally heated and we had to open the window on a 5 degree day because the room was too stuffy. Given the general cost of London hotels this is a reasonable choice for a fairly central location.

Amazing and the staff is wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Included breakfast great. Many options. Room is clean -small, but all the comforts of a great sleep and shower. Highly recommend!

This hotel is a real gem, it was spotless and comfortable for our family of four. Peter and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well located only a few minutes from Victoria station so a great base for exploring. We will be back . Peter was always willing to help and good fun. See you again !! (Best hot chocolates in London)

We loved the staff and the room except for the bed and pillows. The bed was so hard and the pillows were really cheap and had no fluff. Our hostel at a different city had better pillows. Overall great people, location was decent with walk ability! For one night the bed was fine but more than that would’ve been sore. We did really appreciate the luggage storage and the bathroom / shower products in room were lovely!

This hotel is lovely with fantastic staff that are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was great and value for money exceptional. I've stayed in London numerous times and the staff here were some of the best. If you have disabilities it may be worth asking to be on a lower floor as there isn't a lift currently. It is in a really convenient location with Battersea Power Station close by, a really great stay.
