Stay in London 24 hrs ,arrive in the hotel around 1140pm . The staff is very helpful . We are in 5th floor so we are tired to go up . Tv not working

CONS: No elevators/lifts, so many stairs. If you are not in good shape, or if you are older, or if you have small children this is not for you. There are no ground level rooms and there are soooo many stairs to get to your room Rooms are so small, and so is the bathroom. We equated it to our RV bathroom. No AC, only a fan. We did have a window that opened but the noise from the street was so loud when we opened it. Was a busy street all night long You have to give the staff back your room key each time you leave the property. You cannot take it with you. And when we came back we just told them our room number and they handed us a key without checking IDs. New staff each time we came back. Super sketchy to me. Anyone could have just gone to our room and stole our stuff PROS: price. The price is something you cannot go wrong with. If you do not plan to stay in your room for any real length of time and just need a bed to crash on this is for you Staff is friendly and gives you recommendations on places to eat and things to do So close to Paddington Station

Lovely room and friendly staff but i did not realuze i woukd be on 4th floor and no lift. I think that should have been mentioned. I would stsy again but would ask for room on lower floor

Very near from Paddington station. Walking distance from Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. Nice budget hotel for short stay. Within walking distance from multiple restaurants and also Hop on Hop off bus stops.

A lovely budgetfriendly extended weekend
The staff was really friendly, helpfull and accommodating. The room was clean and we got it cleaned when we wanted it. The hotel felt safe and in a good and central neighborhood. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable because we could feel the springs and my boyfriend’s back was hurting after the first 2 nights. The room was small but the size of room was good enough because we was only sleeping in it. We missed an elevator upstairs to our room. If you are bringing large suitcases with you on your stay then you will be missing the elevator more than we did because we only brought small bags with us. Overall it was a good and nice stay that we enjoyed but the hotel and price are matching each other good. A Nice budgetfriendly hotel for couples without childrens or big expectations.

Very good accomodation
Great location next ti Paddington station VERY clean..private bathroom..daily cleaned room with new towels....surprisingly quiet at night...one minus booked city view...room was on lower ground..but we liked it at the end because it wasnt hot there and it was really nice room to relax and get a goid sleep before another busy day😉

Me and my friends booked this hotel because it had quite a few good ratings at the time but when we actually went we rechecked and the new ratings were awful and I have to agree. My first room felt so unsafe as a young girl, no lock on the door from the inside so I had to pile all my bags there to stop someone being able to enter. My light switches would electrocute me when I left them of and they warmed up. I had asked the hotel for a refund on the first night so me and my friends could leave and find somewhere safer and they said no even tho I had payed them £70 refund charge incase something like this happened. They did switch my room for me however I still had no way of locking my door and they took £100 off of us all for a further deposit which wasn’t clear online. We had to fight for this money back at the end of our trip. To top it off one of the receptionist who was clearly very much older than me stopped me in the entrance one morning to ask “who was holding me at night” and wouldn’t believe me when I said I had a boyfriend who just wasn’t here. Thankfully it was my last day because he made me feel so uncomfortable. Making comments on my legs and how a pretty girl shouldn’t be sleeping alone. Overall this place is good for the location but other than that I’d avoid it! Especially if you’re young or travelling with someone who is young. Terrible experience.
