Check out time is 10:30AM, and they started to drive me out my room at 10:35AM. I understand they need to clean the rooms, but couldn’t they start from other rooms? Is it really the case that they have to clean my room immediately after the check out time? I admit that I should have checked out before 10:30, but I was exhausted and sick, so I was hoping they could show a little bit of understanding. The cleaning staff were nice and friendly, but their manager was terrible—despite me still packing my luggage and the cleaning staff’s sympathy towards me and their unwillingness to enter my room, she forced her entire cleaning team into my room. I have never been treated like this anywhere before.

Quizá le hace falta una remodelación a los cuartos, sin embargo, todo estaba súper limpio y funcional, igualmente amplio y cómodo. El desayuno muy completo, nos encantó. La ubicación perfecta para moverte a cualquier parte de la ciudad. Definitivamente volvería

Sorry not the best stay this time.

Room didn’t smell fresh / clean. Went out and bought a room spray but even that didn't mask it. I was very glad I was only in the room for one night. Have stayed before and not had this issue. Breakfast, staff everything else brilliant as always.

Excellent value for money with a substantial breakfast included in the price. It was perfect for my needs for a one night stay between trains. I had a fabulous view from my room too. Shared bathroom is okay and mixed. Handy to have the kitchen to make a hot drink or meal. The area around has plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Buses are also close.

This was one of the lowest price places I found while searching. I read the reviews and thought I would give it a go. My room was a single bed with a desk, a closet and sink for washing. It was very clean. The room was provided with soap, shampoo and a nice towel. The shower/ toilets were directly across the hall from my room. There was no TV, no phone, no microwave or kettle. But I didn’t miss them at all. Being in central London made up for all of that. Having great WiFi helped a lot. The breakfast was incredible and very tasty. I would definitely stay again just to be in central London and save a few quid.

Great breakfast The bathrooms for men were clean overall but could have been cleaner. It’s a pretty good spot for solo travellers, good value for London.

Room was clean and plenty of storage space & sockets. For the price it was not a hardship to walk down the corridor to use the toilet & shower. My only gripe was the mattress, I could feel the springs so not the comfiest of night's sleeps. Breakfast buffet was amazing there's so much choice. Staff were lovely. Location is great, right by Saddlers Wells, near to Angel tube stop & plenty of places to eat nearby. Felt very safe walking around at night too.
