Great value for money

Our 5th visit now.Wouldn’t stay any where else. It’s opposite the train station. Clean,comfortable,fridge in the room,friendly staff & so reasonably priced. Great choice of restaurants on the doorstep.

Great place if you just literally need a bed and bathroom all functional all clean staff were fine with me. We left the room spotless as we found it. Loveky hot shower fridge was a bonus ! Beds look like camp beds but ok for one night… Yes it’s a little noisy but if the location is king cannot complain. The photos on their website are not at all like the room we had ours was a double with single in L-Shape but stil ok. But sad no breakfast it’s just discounted for guest so like most you head out grab your drink and pastry or go for a full on breakfast lots of choice in and around. The room does the job … nothing fancy but affordable and ok I would return if necessary

Convenient but noisy and tired

Convenient location but tired and noisy hotel opposite a building site. Ask for a room not on the main road. Room very small but ok, window very difficult to close so room is noisy - lots of traffic noise and the building work starts at 8am Best thing is clean and convenient location. Accessibility is an issue and not suitable for wheelchair users especially with access to the lifts being down some stairs

This was my first time staying and I am satisfied. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I go to London I only need a clean place to sleep and convenient to get transportation. I'll stay again.

This is a cheap hotel right across the street from Kings Cross so handy if you need to catch an early train. Main issue for me was the bed which was a pull down bed with a very soft mattress. I caught the train but didn’t get much sleep. There is a lift but you have to go up stairs to get into the lobby and down some stairs to get to the lift. Overall it was fine but next time I would pay for something a bit better so I could get some sleep.

I had like the room without the moquette. Nice position to use public transportation. Unfortunately, the elevator only goes up to floor 3 and we had the room on floor 4. However, it was not a big problem for us. I recommend this hotel!

A stay at the hotel would be enhanced by having more information provided at reception or better still in rooms; i.e. where to find the milk in one's room; site and hours of the restaurant, control of the TV. availability of hot water in shower, access toWiFi. In short the hotel needs to pay more attention to the needs of guests. Accessibility is limited and should be considered when allocating rooms.

Don't recommend.

Room was average. Hotel was old and showed it. Not really kept up. Staff wasn't very friendly at check-in. Weird stairs. Only plus is across from major transportation. But I still wouldn't stay there again.

Spent one night. Convenient for getting the Eurostar early as it’s right across the street. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again if needing the train.
