My room was very clean, warm (still cold weather) and quiet. The location is excellent, less than a 5 min walk from Bayswater tube station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A minibar would have been nice and breakfast was not that special, but those things did not make my stay any less enjoyable.

Kensington gardens hotel is a neat, nice-looking, hotel close to public transportation. It takes 30 min to get to most important sights. The breakfast buffet next door is good with only £6. My only complaint is that many of the rooms are right next to each other with thin walls so I had trouble sleeping. Ask for a quiet room when you’re making your reservation if it matters to you.

Alles in allem eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Das 3er Zimmer ist im Souterain und leider lief die Lüftung fast die ganze Nacht.

I was welcomed very warmly on my arrival and my room was already ready at about 9 a.m. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the hotel itself is located in a quiet area. I can thus recommend it!
