Hotel was not ready when we arrived and we got there passed 3pm. The hotel room wasn’t ok not the cleanest. The bathroom was like a hospital bathroom was many handrails and a disabled toilet - it just felt weird, didn’t look like a hotel. Overall service was ok.

Disappointing
Very dark rooms, quite depressing in all honesty. Comfortable bed. Good shower but chipped plug which just looked a bit scruffy/tired etc. Ridiculous to have the kettle and tea etc inside a dark wardrobe. Plentiful breakfast. Have paid similar amount to stay at other hotels nearby that are a bit nicer.

11 minutes walk from Paris Gare du Nord train station. Not far from all tourist attractions. Not far from Metro entrance. Easy to find Lyme bicycles nearby to get around. Small room, didn’t need more than that, shower was small but adequate. Couldn’t get AC on in room 32, slept with windows open, 3rd floor, some might consider it too noisy, we had no problem sleeping due to noise or temperature. Staff helpful, pleasant. D stay again.

We had a great stay, staff were friendly and helpful, and there was plenty of choice at breakfast. Loved the room we had, with a coffee machine and in the wardrobe a kettle with tea and coffee, which we prefer. I will mention the charging points by the bed, as when I looked to see if they were in rooms no one had mentioned. When we can afford it we would definitely think of staying here again
