The hotel was very clean and the team was very accommodating. The location was perfect as well being right next to the train station. I would definitely consider staying here again if I were to come back to London!

The hotel itself was fine. The location was super convenient. My room placement was really unfortunate on the 12th floor near the lift. The lifts are quite old and make a horrible clanging noise every time it stops. It was incredibly noisy and even with earplugs in it was difficult to sleep. I understand though that it's not cheap to replace a lift. I suspect if I was in a different room my review would be much more positive.
