romantic weekend

Overpriced

Booked my room and made the mistake of thinking it would be like the picuture. Big mistake. The room was appaling. Stained sheets. Damaged wardrobes. Outdated tv (picture was unclear on every channel), bathroom was also outraged, to be honest the whole room was. It felt like a decorated storage room. The bath looked dirty and discoloured. Food was way overpriced. £17 for 2 sandwiches. Seriously! I have had better accommodation in budget hotels. No coffee, sugar or sweetener in the room or clothes hangers.

Theatre trip

Had a great night, close to theatre land, close to Russel Sq tube. Lovely boutique hotel, with all that the larger Granges have at a little lower cost. Loved it, will go again

Trip to Dominion Theatre

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Ideal for a short walk to Dominion Theatre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We'd definitely use this hotel again.

comfortable, well located and friendly helpful staff

We were able to walk to and from Covent Garden and from Kings Cross station. We enjoyed cafes and shops near the hotel.

Valentine theatre weekend

The hotel was great and great location. It was great value for money as I got it cheaper than a premier inn the only thing I would say was the staff didn't speak English very well and it was quite hard to understand what they were saying to us but overall great experience.

Great location... but that's it

Hotel is in a brilliant location, right beside the British museum and off Oxford Street. However, my room was supposed to be "Superior" and with a queen bed - it was such a small room, and 2 children would barely fit in the bed. Room itself was grand. Windows didn't fully close so I would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Staff were very friendly in the reception - although they did try to charge me for wi-fi even though it was included in my room rate. Staff in the bar were not very professional - lots of personal conversations going on and I could hear them complaining about other staff etc. All in all, it was a great location and that is what I wanted - but wouldn't stay there again.

Hyvä sijainti, hyvät huoneet. Miinusta vaatimaton aamiainen jossa ei mitään vihanneksia tarjolla, huonoa jugurttia etc 'English breakfaast" sisälsi kaikkea, mutta meille ilmoitettiin että olemme maksaneet 'Continental/buffet breakfast' joka oli siis hyvin vaatimaton hotellin tasoon nähden. Aamiaispöydässä oli epäkohteliaasti kyltit näiden välillä Itse ymmärrän että buffet pitäisi sisältää kaikkea mitä tarjolla.
