Ideal location for theatres, the restaurant was great and they even remembered it was for a birthday. Only downside was one of the rooms was very cold even with the heating on and made a weird noise all night. Overall bed was comfortable, ideal for underground and a really good experience. The key app was a pain as it took a while to get in to the rooms.
Nice staff. Close to underground stations and train station. Room was clean and very nice. It had everything needed for resting.
I have no regrets and would stay here again. But it is not too close to tourist attractions. The windows are too thin and it gets a little noisy.

Shower head was having issues, caused spray and was not able to get hot so had to shower using wand. The room is small but usable. Elevator is extremely slow
I don’t like leaving reviews in general let alone bad ones but thought I would due to the price people pay to stay in London. The room was tiny… obviously all hotels use a wide angle camera so they look bigger but it was the size of a box room in a modern house. This alone wouldn’t of made me complain or leave a review… I’m leaving a review mainly because there was a leak coming from the windows (and black mould) and there was bad weather that weekend so this was massively apparent. There was a leak over the floor. We was only there for 2 nights,
for my 40th birthday I might add, so we couldn’t be bothered getting changed rooms as we had things booked therefore I reported it on check out and showed the front desk pictures and all they offered us was a free breakfast which we didn’t take as we had a train to catch. A partial refund would have been more appropriate and more welcomed and I would have taken that as acceptable and not bothered leaving this review. As such they didn’t so I am. My stay was a month ago and I still wasn’t going to leave a review but since there’s been a lot of requests for a review, here I am. I’m not one to complain but next time I stay in London it won’t be here.
First time staying at this hotel. Check in good, room OK if a little small for a 'double', but travelling alone so no problem. Room comfortable and clean.
Very nice hotel, definitely going to stay here again, there is things to do around but it is around a 20 minute walk so bare that in mind when you are booking.
