Excellent location

Pros: Rooms with view - room 111 was splendid and our daughters room 67 was also facing the front lovely room also with view
Cons: PILLOWS
Location: Easy access to shops, pubs and tube station
Easy access for tubes to go over to Covent garden for the theatre and meal on the Saturday night and next day we were visiting a convention at the Olympia in Kensington - great walking distance from the hotel and the staff offered to hold our bags until after the event

Friendly At Burns (FAB)

Great location with friendly staff at this hotel. Good value (compared to other options available) with good pubs and eateries close by. Dated decor but a very comfortable stay.

convenient stop-over for Heathrow

Pros: Convenient, inexpensive, clean
Cons: The staff could smile a bit more, but were helpful. We found a dirty very towel hanging on the bathroom door!
Location: Near Earls Court station. Cosmopolitan area...I loved all the Philippine shops.
Very convenient for a stop-over for Heathrow as Earls Court is on the Picadilly line. Check-in smooth and quick, room reasonable size and good sized bathroom. Lots of hot water. Rooms were a bit warm. Nice breakfast room, with courtyard garden. Great for meeting up with family that evening. We would stay again.

Loistava sijainti Kensingtonissa, lähes kulman takana Earls Court-metropysäkiltä. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen, yllätti postitiivisesti. Henkilökunta oli mukava ja avulias. Hotelli oli todella siisti mutta huoneet kulahtaneet ja huonokuntoiset. Huoneen ikkuna ei sulkeutunut ihan kunnolla ja siitä veti, mutta saimme heti vaihdettua huoneen hieman isompaan, jossa ikkunakin sulkeutui kunnolla. Kylpyhuone oli oikein hyvä.

War bereits das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Englisches Frühstück für mich sehr gut. Das Badezimmer im Doppelzimmer könnte grösser sein. An der Reception freundliches Personal und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels in dieser Gegend gefällt mir und sehr gut ist, dass es noch in der Zone 1 der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist.

Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Reiniguns-Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut es hat alles was man zum Tages Beginn braucht.
