Convenient location, all essential needs, such as bed, shower, towels, kettle, haridryer, clean bed linen/towels etc. are met. There was also a desk with seat, which was a bonus for my computer work. I found the bed too soft, the aircon/heating too noisy and there was a bright light shining through the window all night. Managable for a night or two though. The room needs a bit TLC but overall a good experience.

The pictures of the hotel are outdated. The single rooms are absolutely tiny and everything is just worn and starting to fall apart.

Stayed at the Edward Hotel whilst attending an event at the Royal Lancaster Hotel 5 minutes walk away. Chose to stay at the Edward Hotel as it was much more affordable. The room was very comfortable with quiet air conditioning and clean. Main criticism was the tiny shower room but this is not uncommon for a London hotel. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Felt safe walking around the area as a lone female. Helpful staff on the front desk. Although no meals are provided there is the option to order in but I didn’t try this feature. Numerous restaurants close by.

Rooms are quite small for the value. Blankets are very thin and seem that they could serve as large towels too. The staff is courteous. No issue there. The shower was good and allows for tall people.

Great location and the staff were lovely. The bed was horrendous needed replacing, could feel the springs poking though, headboard was broken and held together with velcro.

We asked for the shower curtain to be replaced as the one in our room was stained and old. The water also did not drain properly whilst showering so each person had to stand in dirty water. The carpets also felt old and dirty. Overall not satisfied with this experience for the price we paid a $276.00 USD - night

Easily accessible to Paddington station, shops, and parks. Single bedroom was small but comfy, proved small coffee station, outlets (UK), and hair dryer. Location seemed safe ( didn’t adventure out at night) during the day.

The staff was pleasant. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, coffee, and Paddington Station. The room was nice at first glance, but we didn't like that the bottom sheets on the beds weren't fitted and kept sliding off at night (bare hotel mattress - yuk!). The sink in the bathroom is interesting, but not useful as there is no where to place toothbrushes or even the bar of soap to wash hands (we balanced it on top of the faucet). Under the beds were pretty messy, too (we looked to check for a missing lipstick and found trash and crumbs.) There is also minimal storage so we were climbing over suitcases our entire stay. A suggestion to the hotel would be to get frames for the beds (with fitted sheets) that are open underneath so they are easier to clean under and guests have the added benefit of a spot for luggage storage.

First time overseas, happy with the hotel. Room was very small, but it worked. We asked for 3 single beds and we got what we expected. Bathroom was a nice size for a small room. Air could have worked a little better and the door didn’t close too well, but the beds were very comfortable.

Location was great, very close to Paddington. Great breakfast place a few doors down and walkable to other dining. The hotel itself was not "luxury" but worked well for our needs. The staff was EXCELLENT and very kind. Check in and out were a breeze. We stayed in a room with 4 single beds, which was perfect for our needs.
