Quiet rooms. Everything supposed to be controlled electronically but not intuitive. Controls from an iPad in the room were inaccessible due to a French-language interface - should have been set up by the staff to operate correctly prior to renting the room. Room temperature set at 28.5°C and could not be changed without an override from housekeeping.

The room was so unbelievably small, it was like being locked in a prison cell. Don't advertise that room as a double room. That is not a room for 2 people.

Great place to stay that’s not in the busy areas of London. Clean rooms, large shower area, convenient amenities for lights and curtains. The thermostat was easy to use, despite what some reviews might say—they just didn’t know that you had to go back to the home screen in order for the changes to take effect. Would stay here again my next trip to London.

I booked this location as i needed to be close to the Victoria Station, and It was 4 min walk. Very close to everything. i am very pleased with this hotel. modern and updated. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to all my friends.

Nice hotel, good location

We had a CityView King room. It was clean and updated but barely bigger than the bed. The location was great for the sights we wanted to see and for access to the Underground. The staff was great and very friendly.

Great hotel, very well located for us, we enjoyed our stay. Just had an inconvenience with the room air conditioner, and we considered the way that some members of the staff did not handle it the right way. Then the Manager Bruno was very correct and found a solution for us. The rooms could be a little bid nosy as you can hear water running from other's rooms bathrooms, and the air conditioners control leave a light on all the time that can be annoying during the night.

I recently stayed at the Eccleston Square Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to central London while being situated in a charming and quiet neighborhood. The rooms are elegantly designed with modern technology, providing a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. Room and bathroom were both very modern and well kept. The bed was very comfy. A little tight for space in general, but it's London. The air con either didn't work or it did and was adjust awful, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable, especially in the summer with a smaller room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location.
