Regarding to the size of the rooms I am sorry that the small rooms were not to your liking, I appreciate that everyone has different tastes and needs, we are very proud of our small rooms for small prices, we aim to accurately describe this on all websites where we advertise the rooms size as 6-8 square meters. Thank you for time to share your experience with us. We do appreciate your compliments about our staff. We are sorry to hear about loud neighbours and the insulation of the room. Our staff is available 24 hrs to assisst and solve any problems including room transfer. Yes, our concept is to have a slightly smaller rooms but in a great locations where price can't be beaten by competitors.
