Bad Experiences !
Will not recommend this hotel, very low standard. See photos, 1.My room located on 1st floor has 8 steps, I am 66 old, no warning or offer assistance, expect me to carry my full size luggage myself for those steps. 2. I checked in late & was tire, did not check the room.when enter. Next morning start coughing and realized funny smell, found out there are mold at the corner.. see photos Room change after I show them the photos.. 3. next to entrance is the smoking area, you may have to go through those smoke screen if lucky like me. I have requested the mgr to refund me the the 1st night stay for the mold issue, on account that room is not suppose to be offer to customers. So far no response. Crews need to re train 1. Give warning and offer assistance if room locate on floor that have steps. They said I look young that why thye dont offer any help. I saw other people haing hard time carrying the luggages through those steps. 2. the front reception that help me to move the luggage to the new room when I told him my conern about the Mold and steps, he keep telling me he is at minimum wages and I should report to the mgr about the issues, look like he does not care what customers think. WoW !!! He has a long way to go. I have requested the mgr to refund me the the 1st night stay for the mold issue, on account that room is not suppose to be offer to customers. So far no response.

Location was fine, but what I did not like was the rude staff upon check in. Seeing as how we had already registered, and asked to wait as our room was not ready, 3 hours later when we returned, i went to the front desk to check, and I was told to "wait like everyone else". Its fine if I had to queue, but I am very sure the choice of words could be better.

We put the DND sign and told the lady that we do not need any room servicing and they entered the room. Air conditioning system not working. Hair dryer not working asked twice to replace . Took half an hour to bring replacement.

Positives: Very close to train stations, walkable distance and flat for walking with luggage etc. Taxi from Euston was only £10, which was quite reasonable. Service was amazing, we turned up at hotel to drop luggage as it was 3 hrs before check in time and they said there was an available room, which we were extremely grateful of after a long journey. Room service was good and fast, even though they said they were really busy and there may be a wait. I dropped my wedding ring down the sink and I called reception and they sent someone up immediately who retrieved the ring within seconds, I am so appreciative to this gentlemen and was so elated I got my ring back I never took his name, however it was Saturday 23rd around 11am he came to room 528, he deserves credit for this. Negatives: Room was quite narrow, not enough wardrobe space for 4 people and only 3 towels where set out, room was quite warm and air con seemed to blow out hot air, this was manageable as it was November, however would have hated to be in this room in the warmer months. The skirting boards could do with being freshened up to keep to 4 star rating.

Excellent location if tou are ok taking the bus in London. Conveninet and easy. Breakfast was ok but need to get in early as can be a bit of a wait

Noisy, busy awful customer service
Awful place to stay, noisy guests with little soundproofing in the adjoining rooms. Far too hot even with air con on full, narrow room with no space to manoeuvre and uncomfortable pillows. Huge queues for breakfast (which wasn’t the best anyway) and seated the other side away from the restaurant so having to navigate the huge queue of people when returning to your table with food and drinks. Advised the staff of our experience and wasn’t even offered an apology or any resolve. Terrible customer service, will never return or consider a Crowne Plaza again!
