Convenience over comfort?
While the location of the apartment is convenient, the noise factor can be a deterrent for those who are traveling for business or working through jet lag. The building has a lot of charm, but walls are paper thin, and at times I felt my neighbors’ conversations where happening in the same room as me. A few dirty dishes in the cabinets needed to be rewashed before use. However, on an extended stay like mine, the washer/drier combo as well as a functional kitchen was of great use.

Beautiful area to stay in! It was great having a washer/dryer and kitchen table. I would have loved it if there had been extra towels, blankets, and a hair dryer. The only thing that was terrible was the shower because the lack of water pressure meant it kind of just dribbled out. Also, lugging our bags up six flights of stairs was rough but I think that’s probably just because it’s an old building. Loved staying in SoHo though!

Apartment was clean, neatly furnished with a wonderful view BUT 20 flights of stairs and no elevator ! Apartment 1, (4 flights) would have been a better choice. Apartment 8 with two large suitcases was challenging!

Very nice apartment, with all amenities. Convenient for Leicester Square. Be aware if you have walking problems, our apartment was 3rd floor up, no problem for us but a lot of stairs. Highly recommend.
