No elevator and was assigned a room on the 3rd floor having booked for months ahead with 2 kids. The reception also serves as the dining area. The room was so hot even with 2 table fans. The windows cannot be opened because flies swarm the room a few times we did. The plastic bathroom is so small that you can hardly shower without hitting the wall. ☹️

Nice clean room and serving fairly good breakfast. Have to carry the luggage ourselves, luckily only to the first floor. Close enough to Paddington for easy travel to the City and Heathrow airport. Thomas, the New Zealander staff is very friendly and helpful, he even warmed up the croissant for the breakfast. i do recommend this hotel as the price is reasonable.

Excellent for 1 night stay

Excellent for the price. Location to Paddington could not of been better. Our only complaint was the bathroom was tiny and there was a bit of a smell in there. However would def stay there again.breakfast was free and was absolutely fine and much appreciated.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, the shower room was like they had taken it from a caravan. The lock on the room was terrible so we felt unsafe, most of the spot lights weren't working. The electrical kettle lead was faulty and the room was dirty and to top it of there were ants. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

My two teenagers and I stayed here for 3 nights. Our check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had fresh towels and a hot water pit with coffee and tea. Breakfast was an assortment of cereals, breads, yogurt, fruit, juice, milk and coffee served in the breakfast area. The hotel is perfectly located - it’s 5 minutes from Paddingotn station which has a direct line to Heathrow and access to several Tube lines. It’s near Hyde park and not in the midst of crazy tourist crowds. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a simple, clean, and friendly place to stay. If you’re looking for a big hotel with lots of amenities this isn’t for you. For us it was absolutely perfect

Great Budget Stay

If you’re just wanting somewhere to rest your head, this is a great option. 5 minutes from Paddington station. Area around the hotel is very nice, plenty of places to eat close by. Lovely helpful staff, continental breakfast included each day with breads, meat, cheese, cereal, yogurt and croissants. We had a family room with 2 singles and a double, there was a desk and tea/coffee facilities in the room but very little floor space. Bathroom was a bit of a squeeze But everything was nice and clean and it met our needs for somewhere to pod down after a long day exploring.

Very close to Hyde park and restaurants, stores and Paddington station. Unfortunately rooms are small as well as the bathrooms. Otherwise it was a good experience.
