Recently renovated but a full 5 star rating was lost because there was only one working elevator. It is EXTREMELY frustrating waiting because my wife can't handle 6 floors up and down the stairs

Really lovely hotel and lots of renovation work carried out. I couldn’t use the facecloth as there was a long hair on it, but apart from that it was faultless. Bed was super comfy and the staff member on check in was very helpful. Will be staying again!

Great placw to stay in the centre of st pauls. Clean and great service from the staff. I had one issue but the hotel rectified it vwry quickly. Would definitely use this hotel again if i was staying around st pauls

We liked that property and room were clean and central which made it easy to get around. Bathroom was a bit tight and shower needed attention but front desk staff and housekeeping were very responsive. Didn’t like the line up at elevators and breakfast in our first morning. Breakfast was busy and some hosts were not as cherry but breakfast was good. Appreciated we could get water refills. Overall good experience and would come here again.
