This was the 3rd time I have stayed at this property and there are reasons that we come back here. The rooms are among the largest we have ever had at a comparably-priced hotel. There are little touches that are very nice like the self-service coffee machine (free!) in the resident's lounge, access to free laundry machines and responsiveness of the staff to requests for extra towels or pillows. The lobby restaurant (Boyd's) is pretty good, too. It is literally steps away from the National Gallery and Charing Cross Station. There are a few very small things that I wish were better - There is very limited drawer space if you don't want to live out of your suitcase (I used the ironing board to unpack) and there were no USB charging points and none of the electrical sockets were convenient to the bed in the room we had on this visit.

Great place in a perfect spot to walk all over

We arrived very early but we're more than happy to hold our bags and give us access to a bathroom. The bar had great service as most nights we all met down there for a drink before we went to dinner. The Club Lounge is a great touch for free coffees and hot chocolate. We were in there a lot. Room and bathroom were a good size for us.

This hotel is perfect location. Half a block from tube and right at trafalgar square. You can walk to everything. Staff awesome. Check in took 1 minute!! Room clean and quiet. No issues at all.

Overall you pay for location because the rooms are definitely dated. Also had to leave a day early due to flight cancellation and was not able to get any reimbursements. There was also events in the ball room and a protest during my stay.

From the minute of arrival when we were met by the most amazing and friendly front desk staff until our day of departure , it was a wonderful experience . A beautiful Lobby area and clean and comfortable rooms. We would definitely stay again. Very convenient location and walkable to many sights and restaurants. Thanks you for a wonderful stay.

Great Place!!

Wonderful facility in the heart of Trafalgar Square. Walking distance to many locations in London. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and they had great coffee. Having water machines with refillable bottles on each floor was a nice touch.

It is a well situated property with some peculiar features. Expensive but that is London, it is an extremely convenient place to stay.

Location location location, that's what you pay for. Grand building and setting, friendly staff. Rooms are ok, old faucets, chipped paints, soft wooden/carpeted floors, desk has multimedia and power connections that doesn't work, desk chair had protruding screws on the back, etc... The bed was comfortable with amazing pillows. Overall, I had a good stay with unbeatable location.
