Excellent Hotel. Spotless.
This hotel is in a great location. Just renovated to a very high standard. Staff are lovely. Bourogh market is a short walk away and Tube station just next door. Fridge in room, teas and coffee. No elevator. Only issue is if your late checkout it’s £50 per hour. So be careful.

Can’t fault it
Very well situated hotel near borough station. Room was small but everything we needed. We opted for an en-suite however there are some which use a communal bathroom- although still very pleasant and clean. There is a bit of traffic noise but to be expected for the location. Staff are very friendly and helpful although it is a self check in and out. All my information was provided to me as I needed it. I would consider this being my primary stay in London for any future visits.

While convenient and comfortable, the keyless/digital access to the building and my room have not been well thought through. As a solo female traveller I would have not felt at all safe having to fiddle with key codes and apps to access the property and my room, especially at night when there are no staff on duty.

Room key system is inconvenient and badly flawed.
Then need to sort the key system out. It took the desk receptionist a couple of yours to get it, and we were locked out with no receptionist at midnight. Took a few phone calls to resolve. Room was uncomfortably hot.

Clean practical accommodation - would stay again
Simple rooms that were in good condition and very clean. Showers etc also cleaned regularly. Friendly staff (at door and cleaning rooms) made it a nice stay. Had to sleep with windows closed because noise from fans/air con outside was very loud. Great location. Overall, would happily stay again.

For a budget hotel it’s okay, however we paid for a king size bedroom which was additional cost and ended up with a twin room also there’s no air conditioning and if you leave window open it’s very noisy as you are facing all the extraction fans from the buildings around you so lots of mechanical noise. The rooms were good standard though and you are right by bough station so on balance was good but I would not fall for the kingsize bed room as it’s just a twin with beds pushed together.
