Very clean, rooms are small but we knew that coming in. The beds were very comfy and the blackout blinds were great. Staff was attentive and helpful.

If you’re young or young at heart you will like citizenM. Be warned you have to climb to get to the far side of the bed.

Small rooms. Had to climb over each other to get into bed. Could not walk around the bed as it was the width of the room. Not a good place for a long stay but ok for a night or two. Great location directly across from the Tower of London. Very modern

Small rooms where there is no where to place your suitcase. Not enough hangers. No wash cloth provided to wash your body. Ironing board is in a common room on the floor which was highly unusual. Large lobby and coffee shop to enjoy your laptop or just to hang out

Surprised at the system of all electronic check-in but it worked well..room small but highly functional enormous bed much appreciated ( though to be wall to wall to wall is very unusual). The only negative is no coffee maker in the room ( min $4.50 for filter in the lobby). But actually that also works as the lobby area is very active and convivial. Location is over the tower Hill tube so hyper convenient.

Both myself and my wife were pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the price of the room was and especially with the view looking directly over at the Tower of London! The room was cosy and clean as well as having some fun features like being able to set moods with ambient sounds and colour changing lights. Plenty of storage was available for two carry on style luggage bags and some other bits and bobs. A safe was also provided for any valuables. Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful too. The Tower Hill tube station is located right around the corner with very quick access all over London. Highly reccomend the hotel to anyone!

Love the citizenM hotels-stayed in one in Paris and London on this trip. The Tower Hill location in London was fantastic-so easy to step out the front door and into the tube station! The room was clean and well designed. The staff were friendly and helpful, although there were times that they were understaffed-getting a drink at the bar was a major undertaking (only one other guest at the bar and 3 members of staff behind the bar). The hotel was in great shape overall. The little details needed some attention- the room key and the ‘Do not disturb’ sign were both a little frayed and needed to be replaced. I will stay here again. And at their property in Paris, as well. Thanks for a quiet place to unwind from the big city.
