DIRECTLY across the street from the Tower Of London. The pics of the rooms with a Tower view do not do it justice, it’s an amazing view. Staff is extremely accommodating. Yes rooms are small but that is not an issue for me. Bed was very comfortable. Very easy to get to all of the classic London landmarks, my wife and I had no problems getting an Uber or taxi. Breakfast at the hotel is very good. No complaints at all I would stay there again.

Loved this place. Super modern hotel, thoughtful decor. The staff were on point, no issues. Loved that the entire guest room could be controlled by an iPad or the CitizenM app. The breakfast was outstanding NO surprise charges on my bill! Making this my go to hotel in London in the future!

Great hotel for the solo traveler

CitizenM is a great choice for the solo traveler. It’s got everything you need in a compact room (very efficient use of space putting the bed against the wall/window with storage underneath). The Tower Hill London location is convenient, and the public spaces at the hotel are modern, chic and welcoming to sit in, relax, and have coffee or drinks. Feels very safe and comfortable.

Staff wouldn’t give me a vat invoice told me it comes from hotel.com checked that it says clearly pay at hotel hotel gives receipt. Showed that to another person he said yes of course no problem. So obviously some of the staff are not quite up to date!
