This is THE ONLY place my family and I will stay in London going forward. We had the best view in London (The Tower of London) the most comfortable bed, the hotel is right next to the tube but what really makes it worth while is the staff. From surprise birthday balloons when we arrived to the nicest man who helped us at 5:30am. This staff actually cares about your experience. And that matters. 10/10!

The room was really cool. It was very small, but really cool. The location is excellent adjacent to the Tower of London, which is the view we had. Great lobby bar for the end of the night.

This was a disgusting accomodation and a complete waste of money. Not worth it. Staff are horrible, cleanliness is atrocious, and just a complete waste of money.

Great looking hotel. Was very stylish and great location. No drinks facilities in room, no tea/coffee or even a bottle of water. There was an empty fridge you could use. Booked for special occasion and to use the upstairs/rooftop bar with view but on arrival were told this was closed for a private function so no access. Hotel provided a discount on our rate after several conversations, which was received with thanks. Shame really as room was small but comfortable, good bed and shower. Okay breakfast.

Excellent location, next to Tube Station. Room clean but basic "no frills". Small, cramped room. Sink located in the room and not in separate bathroom. No walking space around bed, the person sleeping on the inside has to climb over the person sleeping next to them. Limited wardrobe space etc. Helpful staff with "self- serve" check in.
