Be aware that everything about this hotel is small - it's in a historic building, so the rooms are small, there are only a few of them, the staff is small, and there aren't many extras like common lounge spaces, restaurant, etc.
However, if you go in with those expectations, this is a delightful place to stay. The neighborhood is wonderful - quiet, felt very safe, easy to access anything you want without being in the middle of the tourist chaos. There's a nice few blocks of restaurants within 5-10 minutes' walk (we especially loved O Sole Mio). Although there's just not space for a lot of frills, it's clear that the staff have made every effort to make things as comfortable as they can, and they were helpful and friendly. If you're not looking to spend a lot of time in your hotel, but you want a restful haven at the end of a busy day, this is a fantastic choice. I'll definitely seek it out for future trips.
