I enjoyed my stay here - I would give it 5 stars except for their air conditioning system - it's noiseless but runs on sensors - and turns off when it doesn't detect movement - like when one is sleeping. It was a little too warm in the room because it was hot outside but the staff gave me a fan that helped. My single room was tiny but efficient. Staff were all lovely and accommodating. Conveniently located near Paddington Station. Delightful breakfast room - continental and healthy breakfast choices. I would definitely stay again. It was a great value.

Perfect place to stay in Londonf
Very convenient location to stay in Cental London. Only a short walk from Paddintg station. A nice cosy little room and we had a very good night sleep. The room was clean. The gentleman that assisted as during our arrival was very polte and helpful. We will definitely stay agsin in the future.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. They are completely dishonest in their description of their facilities. They say they have lifts to every floor, but some of their rooms have to be accessed by as many as 16 stairs. They even have a sign on the inside of the door to these rooms warning of the steps and showing a man falling to his death. When you arrive, they tell you that the air conditioning will be turned off every day from 9 am to 4pm, and that you should be out of your room during those hours. The have the audacity to call these rooms "in-between rooms" , and this is how they are getting away with saying that there are lifts to every floor (they say these rooms are not on a floor but on an in-between floor). The rooms themselves are the size of postage stamps with beds and pillows that are akin to cement. This hotel is simply dishonest in their description of their facility and should not be sponsored by Expedia or anyone else. Don't be dupped like we were. Find a more honest hotel to stay in.
