Not as nice as the Best Western Plus hotels I have stayed in in the states, but it was a serviceable stay. Charging stations are nice and well placed above the beds in the rooms. Hotel is laid out like a maze, literally. If anything goes wrong, you better know how to get to an exit, because it will not be where you think it is in the dark.

I loved the location of this hotel. The rooms are small but that was fine since we aren't in the room much. I did like the open area off reception to just hang out in after a day of sight seeing. Decent breakfast options. The staff in the breakfast area were fantastic.

This was the second time I have stayed here. On this trip I was alone and stayed in a single room, small but well designed. I will continue to recommend this hotel to friends and family. The location is perfect for walking and very close to train links to Heathrow.

This room was booked for 2 women traveling together. We had 2 beds but the room was sooooo small there was no room for anything else. We did not have room for an open carry on suitcase let alone 2. The room only had hot water in sink and shower. When they fixed it it worked for a bit then back to hot. Lights and ac were automatic and kept going off and on by themselves. The close area of shops and restaurants made us feel unsafe. In the morning at 530 am we were waiting for our Uber on the front stoop. 2 men in dark clothes walked towards us. They sat on the next stoop for a moment and stared at us. The Uber arrived at the right moment and they walked on. The hotel doors are locked overnight so we could not have gone in to safety. Would not stay here again.

Very close to the tube station which was amazing. The place was very quiet. Staff were great and I was greeted everytime I entered /exited the hotel. Feels very modern and updated. I was alone in a cozy room which was great for me.
