The room was perfectly clean, but for a 4 star hotel I was expecting slightly better to be honest. The biggest problem was the radiator - which was locked on 100% heat 100% of the time, which meant although the window was as open as it would go, the room temperature must have been over 30 degrees, which was quite uncomfortable - in the end I had the air conditioning unit on full but this barely did anything and produced more noise than cool air. On top of this, I tried to make a cold glass of water from the tap, but the cold side was very warm. Finally, though somewhat nit-picking - it would have been nice to have a bedside table, as the plug on the headboard meant I had to balance my phone on the bed overnight to charge which wasn't ideal.
I did receive a courtesy call from the reception desk around 7pm, which was nice, but even though I told them about the over-bearing heat nothing was done to resolve this, which again added to the overall disappointment really.
Overall, I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend this establishment to any of my friends or colleagues.
