Great hotel, not a room for three adults
Fantastic central location on a beautiful typical London street setting. We had a room for three adults - double and a trundle bed. The extra bed left very little room for three adults, might be do able for a small child but would suggest not for adults. Room would have been absolutely fine for 2 adults. Breakfast included was good addition and staff were excellent. There are a lot of stairs to get to some rooms, no lift. Staff helped with bags which was great.

The property is run down, poor a/c, manager unconcerned. Bell hop was spectacular!

Most uncomfortable futon style beds. Tv in main bedroom didnt work the entire time. Air conditioner in that same room was so loud, like a lawn mower (grinding, whirring etc non stop), so we had to keep it off and be too hot. The halls all smelled like feces every day we stayed. The front desk upon check-in this one lady was super rude, unpleasant. Combative even when I showed the description of our room. Will not stay again here. The location of the hotel is excellent though. The other rooms might be better but ours in the basement was not.

Great location. The room was small but reasonable for London. We were a bit concerned by the staff member on reception who was obviously very unwell - not ideal in a post Covid world! Staff otherwise helpful and accomodating, looking after bags for the day etc. Breakfast was reasonably good.

Breakfast was great and staff friendly and helpful. Room was smaller than I thought it would be. The bathroom was very tight. If traveling to London we would stay again but book a bigger room. Also the breakfast room did not have space if it was busy.

Terrific location. Nice staff. However, the hotel had an unfortunate plumbing issue with leaking and non-draining water. They did fix it after two days.

This older quaint hotel situated in the high end neighborhood of Belgravia. Nicer options for restaurants. The staff is very kind and helpful. No lift, so wow the luggage guy gets a workout.

Fantastic area..great restaurants(Sicily) convenience store and Victoria Coach station about 100m away. Victoria station is about 500m away . Rooms are clean and comforfotable, although a little small. Good air conditioner. Bed could do with a new mattress. Very good continental breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I needed some documents printed and they went out of their way to assist. Ideal place to stay if cruising with Princess and using their transport bus. I would definitely stay there again . Disadvantage is that there is no elevator, but staff will assist you with your luggage.

Fine but a bit tired, lovely staff though!
Stayed overnight for work so we wanted location and convenience rather than anywhere flash. It’s ‘fine’ as a hotel but needs some work, especially for the £330+ price point (for 1 night!!!). We stayed in the Quadruple room and it was spacious with a good shower but the beds weren’t comfy at all, especially the sofa bed, and the room was quite tatty. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was acceptable but basic, but the condition of the room let it down. Extremely overpriced for the quality - maybe it was just our room being down in the basement. Would look elsewhere for next time, simply because of the cost vs value.
