The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was a superior room and very spacious and clean. My only 'gripe' was that there were only power sockets and USB ports on one side of the bed.

Apex was Terrific

What a great hotel this is. The staff was so nice - every single one of them. Rooms are great, place is spotlessly clean. We bought the breakfast, good idea there as they have a small German buffet AND you can order a meal off the menu like Eggs Benedict or whatever. Location was perfect for us, not too busy of an area but walkable to many things.

Second stay at this wonderful hotel. Such friendly staff with very quiet and clean rooms. Just a stone throw away from Covent Garden, theatres and restaurants. Will definitely stay again!
