Great location. Very convenient to have a ski shop and ability to purchase ski tickets right in the hotel. All amenities are nice and clean. Hotel is just the right size, not to big not to small. Not ever crowded, just right.

My London fave
Always my go-to hotel when I'm in London. Convenient location very close to Kings Cross and St. Pancras station. Very clean, they will hold your luggage after you check out so you can explore and the staff have all been fantastic.

Good.
The hotel is very conveniently located across from St. Pancras station/Kings Cross underground making it very easy if you have luggage and need/or need to travel elsewhere. It is a busy area in general and found that on the Friday evening that I was there it didn't really quite down until well after midnight so bringing ear plugs wouldn't go amiss. I had a small single room with ensuite which suited my needs for one night. The staff were friendly, although I didn't have any issues that needed attention. I would stay again.

It was convenient to the train station. Staff was pleasant enough. Not comfortable - it’s very cramped, can hear people talking and walking in adjacent areas and rooms. Very noisy.

Good hotel close to station
This was our second time to stay here. Both stays were wonderful. Besides the convenience of being so close to St.Pancreass Kings Cross this property is clean! Take note, the rooms are small and there isn't an elevator. They were willing to help with our bag, but we didn't need it. If you keep those things in mind you will have a lovely stay.

Unfortunately, I am confident bedding was not changed after previous guest departed. The sheets had body hair, did not look fresh at all. Table had stains. Clenaning is poor.

Chose this for proximity to train station. Small room. No elevator. Good bed. Wonderful staff. Had to carry suitcases up and down for storage. Fine if you just need a quick place to sleep.

my overnight stay
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel looked well maintained. As a solo traveller my room was very small but comfortable and enough for a night or two stay. The location not far from KIngs Cross was a bonus

Nice space, clean. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating… but when we were checking out, the guy at the desk was not good. Otherwise, a nice affordable place to stay near the train station.

Creaking floors in your room and you hear steps from above if you’re staying in the lower floors. Very thins walls, you’re able to hear people’s voices as well as all outside noise. The room is extremely tiny, not enough pictures to show how it really looks like. The shower smells bad when you first turn on the water and the head shower is very dirty, you are also able to hear every time the people above you flush their toilet. The only convenience is having the tube and international train station near by.
