Faulty window lock

I was on the 5th Floor. There was a problem with the window which had a faulty handle. At first it was ok but at 4.30 am the window blew open an I was unable to close it . It was a very cold night and as consequence my room was freezing. I mentioned it at check out and was told I should have contacted the front desk. I am a seasoned traveller and did not fancy changing rooms at that time in the morning.

Great choice in Leeds

We had a really easy contactless arrival! And the room was clean and spacious with great views. The bed were fine, if a bit springy, but the bathroom was divine!

Room was tired, no iron in the room, bed was hard and made a noise every time you moved (wife had no sleep) breakfast was poor. Staff at reception did even ask how was your stay.

Pleasant hotel with nice facilities

Room was very nice and clean with good facilities. Just a little let down with service at breakfast. Had to keep finding staff to get coffee or tea and someone said they’d get more white sugar but it didn’t arrive. Also no jam available to go with toast.

Great stay in centre of Leeds

Had a lovely stay. Attending a venue at the arena and it was not too far to walk to it. Hotel in ideal place near the train station. Room was really roomy and clean. Also quiet on a night too. Had breakfast in hotel and this was a great choice and very tasty. Would recommend.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the reception area looks nice. However the bed was like a camp bed with a paper thin mattress, it was really uncomfortable and creaked loudly if you moved. The walls were also thin so could hear everything from the rooms either side
