There was no tea or coffee available in the room. No refreshments in room at all. We would expect curtacy tea and coffee at least in our room.

It's a budget hotel and that's what you get. They've made the best use of space in the rooms but yluts obviously smaller with less amenities than your standard hotels. As a base to get ready and go out it's great

Clean hotel near the Leeds bus station. Will try it again as I didn't have any issue staying in this hotel. Comfortable bed as well.
