Location near the center of Leeds, this property is well maintained, and the room was comfortable. Our floor was not noisy, and lift service can be slow at times. Breakfast spread was good, though more signage to remind guests to clear their trays are needed.

Pros: location was great for the First direct arena Cons: the bed was extremely poor; creaked all the time and the mattress was uncomfortable, food wasn't great, basin in bathroom was clogged. Stains all over carpet For similar money you get more value for money at other hotels in the city. So I probably won't return

Unfriendly

Check in staff very abrupt and not friendly. Had to wait about 30 minutes for breakfast things to come out even though it’s a buffet and the hash browns never came at all.
