Super location

Very central hotel great location staff very friendly and helpful,room was very comfortable and was everything we needed for a short trip to leeds

Modern hotel and clean hotel (though I did see one silverfish). Room is cramp but comfortable. The real complaint was that my door was already open when I got to it.

Leeds city stay

Small room. V basic as expected. Bed awful. No chair, very little flat surfaces to pop things on. Bathroom was glass walled. No privacy for using the loo other than a bit of frosting. TV unusable really due to position. No code for discount at the Qpark car park so had to pay full price £26. Excellent location. Excellent chap on reception.

The rooms had nowhere to put anything out of my bag,there were 5 of us and there was 2 metal hangers,for £161 a night I expected a lot more…The car park was 3/4 of a mile away and the car park we were suggested on the site was not compensated when we got there,if your going for a night out it’s ideal,if your doing more don’t bother

Ok if on a budget

It was typical easy brand. Budget room so no window and not enough room to walk around bed. Was very clean and was able to get a good signal so can’t complain given price I paid.

Not Good!!!

I booked two rooms for my employees and both rooms were unclean......i.e. hairs in the beds!!! One of the rooms had no working TV and when they enquired at reception about being moved/upgraded, they were told that nothing could be done! Terrible property and service.
