Had nose bleed sheet was stained was charged 150.00 dollars for flat sheet. Forgot wallet at casino when I went to retrieve it they had no urgency knowing I had a flight to catch. They pulled my cash to put in safe n they went to get it but took to long that I had to leave my cash was not returned to me.

Amazing hotel & experience. They are getting so much right. Smoking casino though - gag. Pool side rooms are loud, but I knew that going in. Nitpicking aside, this hotel is premium, comfortable, and a benchmark for others. Bravo y'all!
