The hotel was nicely renovated but the service was poor. I felt unsafe with my children. We had an incident at the parking lot with someone who was drinking in their car and the hotel staff didn’t do anything. Apparently drunk people are more important than the hotel guests with children. In general I think this is more party hotel than child friendly place.

Room upgrade gives you ocean view but is also along busy street so there was a lot of traffic noise. The staff was very accommodating and changed us to a different quieter room. But the early morning roosters made sleeping in challenging. Alas life in Key West

It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Newly and nicely renovated. The decor is very modern and fun. I wish though they would have gotten rid of the old bath tab too and replaced it with a modern shower. Everything was very clean. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we got a good night sleep. The hotel was packed but it was very quiet at night. I could hear the roosters going somewhere far in the morning, but it didn't bother us at all. There were some earplugs in the room if you are a light sleeper. The swimming pool was not heated and the water was very cold. Also, I wish they'd included the additional $45 resort charge into the price. You do not see it anywhere on the listing and they notify about it only after you book.

Wow! This is a great resort. We had an ocean view on the second floor. Our room was on the very end which gave a great view and easy access to the stairs to the parking lot. The room was large, the bathroom was very nice too. The hotel hosted a free New Years Eve Fireworks display over the bay. One of the best we've ever seen. The pool is big and clean. The reception team was friendly, very easy check in and out. The location is perfect. Easy access to downtown Key West and Stock Island. 1 mile from the airport and seaplane too. Walking distance to many food options. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The worst disappointment in terms of accommodation. We only stayed one night, we arrived at 12am to sleep and left the next morning, we left the $100 deposit and when we saw that they were trying to charge us $96 for a curtain pin. We left the room in perfect condition!! They are abusers, they want to take advantage of us.

The roosters on the property were so loud it made it impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. This isn’t a place to go to relax. It’s a re-done motel with thin walls. We asked for a quieter room on the other side away from kids, the pool etc but they could only accommodate so much.

We booked this hotel not knowing the lay of the land in Key West! Loved this location and all the hotel amenities. Perfect if you are looking for a quiet hotel without a big party scene! Highly recommend ocean view room side of hotel! And we LOVED the fireworks!

The Hotel itself was fine. Unfortunately we had items, including a passport stolen from our room. Despite reporting to the Hotel & numerous follow up contact, they have not investigated (or at least not come back to us). Outrageously poor service for such a serious issue. It makes you wonder if they consider this normal.
