People next door to our room smoking pot and th smell came into our room staff from front desk came up to our room he could smell it as well he never offer us a another room the next morning my husband asked for another room we got moved but to a room that was handicapped

When I booked our room I advised that there would be 2 young children.. ages 3 and 4. When we arrived we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor. We have 2 grandsons. Yes boys. Boys are loud and active especially after a 3.5 hour ride. Within an hour of being in our room we received a visit from the manager stating that if the boys did not settle down we would be asked to leave. (We were booked for 2 nights) .we decided to take the boys to the pool to let them use up some t Of their energy. Only to find the pool was closed until further notice. The next day we go to the monster jam and return to our room to find out door open. . I call down to the manager and am told that it must have been the cleaning crew and they would check the cameras and let me know. Never heard from the front desk again. We look around and do not see anything missing. Later in the day we see people in the pool and decide to take the boys down to swim only to find the pool was covered.in debris and leaves. They opened the pool but did not clean it. My husband decides to use the skimmer that is located poolside to try and clean the pool so the boys may swim. It was just a ridiculous mess. The entire stay was unbelievable.

Had a wonderful stay on this proerty. Slept like a baby for the first time in a long time. My fiancé is a jacksonville native and this is the only hotel he feels comfortable with me staying in when we visit.-Mrs.Paynter
