Great centrally located hotel
This hotel is near EVERYTHING: airport, shopping, restaurants, hospital, shopping mall, I-95….it has a beautiful lobby with a really nice bar. And snacks and soft drinks are available at a lobby kiask. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

I would have given this hotel a higher rating BUT we had no HEAT in the room! (Outside temp was 39 degrees). When I told the Front Desk they just said “I’m sorry “. That’s it. WOW. So my rating is frosty.

Terrible customer service. I tried to add an extra night to my stay and front desk person took my credit card and told me I was set. I get a call the next day asking why I haven't checked out and basically called me a liar that I added a night instead of contacting the worker working the night to confirm. Will not stay here again.

The staff is so kind and funny. The property is well kept and clean. The bouns was the bar for me. The bartender Linda is a gem. The whole place is a vibe.
