4th Stay, better than OK!

We keep coming back to this property. It is a great, quiet location central to the fun of Jax beaches and the city. It is small, but just right for two. The hosts always have everything clean and ready and make checkout a breeze. Looking forward to our next visit.

Enjoyable Stay

The property delivered on everything that it promised! The views of the beach and sunrise were magnificent. The property was beyond clean and aesthetic. The property is a bit small but it was just my husband and I. We were comfortable. We, especially appreciated the central location of the VRBO.

Great getaway!

Beautiful and Convenient Location

The property was in a convenient location and close to many amenities. It was nice to wake up, walk out on the deck, and see the sunrise. The view of the beach at night was also spectacular.

Tropical Storm Debbie

The place is clean, nice location. We did not know we had to assemble the bed and sleeping on the floor almost. With 2 small pillows, not good for older people. The shower had no hot water. We had to leave after only 1 night out of the 4 reserved because of Hurricane Debbie. Not sure if my old body could have take more on that camping bed.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay in Jax Beach. Central to all major attractions and only a 30 minute drive down A1A to St Augustine! We rode our bikes to most restaurants. The only thing we had a problem with was having to pull out the bed each night. The mattress was perfect for a 1 night stay, it was too thin to sleep on multiple nights in a row. I would definitely return to use this property again if I needed to stay in Jax Beach again in the future..

Lovely Condo.

Great condo and location! Very clean, comfortable, and right on the beach as advertised. Check in and out was easy and seamless. I would just say that it would have been nice to know ahead of time that I had to put the bed together. That was unexpected. Also the beach access is over a dune. Not a problem for most people, but could be a problem for some. These are the only cons. Over all, an excellent experience!

Couples Beach Getaway

Location, location, location! This property was directly on the water with private beach access, private pool, and is close to everything! The space was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and is PERFECT for a couple. I wouldn't recommend for a family, but it was exactly what my husband and I wanted. The Murphy bed was super easy to set up and very comfy. The host was very responsive, had all the basic necessities provided - even a surprise bottle of wine (& wine opener). We cannot wait to return!

Coffee on the coast

I loved the property. WiFi was great. I was able to work through the day and take short coffee breaks on the ocean front porch. It is also good proximity to restaurants and stuff to do. The bed was more comfortable than we expected even!

JUST 'OK'

Wonderful location but a number of little issues add up to a less than wonderful stay. -The listing says one bedroom but it's really just one big room with a fold out bed. the photos do show that the bed is in the living area but we missed it. - the murphy bed isn't the easiest to deploy and put away and the mattress pad slides in the night which makes it a little less comfortable. - we lost wifi the first day but it came back. - the hot water in the shower takes a long time to heat up and then it's scalding. just be careful. - the room could use a table to eat at. there's a short bar with some unstable bar stools along the wall in the kitchen. - we think there should have been a each umbrella with the unit but there wasn't so we bought one and we left it for future visitors. Enjoy! The best thing going for this listing is the location: a view of the ocean and walking distance to the beach. There's nothing really bad about the studio but all the little things added up to 'Just Ok' visit.
